A brief explanation of my sites and their update schedules:

The Daily Digest: Est. September 2001. The first site I ever created: movie news culled from a few dozen sources for your convenience. Has an extremely sporadic, wonky update schedule, despite the word "Daily" in the title. Sorry about that. The plan as of this writing is to try to update it Monday, Wednesday, and Friday nights. I don't get paid to do this, after all. If you'd like to contribute movie reviews, check out the Daily Digest comm at LiveJournal.

Occupation: Girl: Est. October 2003. My LiveJournal. Usually updates daily, sometimes more than once a day, and while the content sometimes overlaps a bit with SAST and even the Digest, it's mostly focused on "Hey guys, guess what I did today!," plus entries of the personal essay type. Short Attention Span Theater
: Est. February 2003. My weblog, which I started before I got my journal. Actually, I'm kind of glad I have a separate blog, although I suppose I could have used the blog as a journal--the blog is better for linkspam, sort of as a Headline News-esque counterpart to the Digest. Mostly focuses on breaking movie news and weird things I come across in the course of the day.

Trailer Park: Est. April 2003. We have four "Park rangers" (Vladimir, Eric, Inky, and me), and we still can't keep the thing updated on a continuous basis. Ideally, it should update every time a new movie trailer hits the net, but...

Black Ribbon: Est. July 2003. Look, I'm really sorry about this one. I don't even know what to tell you at this point, except that I'm working on chapter four, and chapter five is almost done anyway, and all the Bennet-Jones letters were written in advance. But I'm in school, and have too much on my plate, and once I churned out the first three chapters last fall and had to take a break for my sanity, it was hard to get back into the groove. I don't know when the next chapter will go up, but IT WILL GO UP.

If you have no idea what I'm talking about, this is my semi-interactive Victorian Gothic/ steampunk serial. Yeah.

Movies in Fifteen Minutes: Est. May 2004. It started with a random parody of Van Helsing and blew up from there. Currently I'm working on a book version. Online installments will appear randomly, according to the time I have and the movies I see. Check out News or In the Works for more details. You can find an alphabetized index here. If it's not there, it hasn't been written.

Not necessarily websites, but other places you can find me:

Writer Girls: Est. November 2003. My LiveJournal writers' group.

Heroine Addict: "Heroine Addict" icons made for the taking. Read more about these here.

Radio Kleo
: My Launchcast radio station. I'm warning you, I have absolutely hideous taste in music, and I four-starred the hell out of Garbage and No Doubt but they won't play them. As it is, it's a ton of Tori Amos, Duran Duran, Depeche Mode, and The Cure--mixed in with the worst '80s music known to man. How bad? Roxette bad. That's how bad.
